Starting from the village of San Carlo, take the Strada del Bosco (N186), which alternates between steep sections and gentler ones, leading to Decauville (N195). After a short stretch, resume N186, which passing through Pian dell'Acqua arrives in the Tresenda area, where the forest gives way to low vegetation on the north slope of Dosso Resaccio. Just above 2100m elevation is the beginning of trail N196.1, a beautiful single track on a hilly route crossing a forest of larches and conifers up to the Vezzola area, located in the shadow of the dolomitic Cime di Plator. It crosses the homonymous reservoir, reaching the huts of Vezzola, where the descent begins. For the first few kilometers, it descends on an easy dirt road, crossing Decauville again and heading towards the village of Sant'Antonio; at 1750m elevation, take trail N189 which, passing through the "Bocc del Diaul" forest, quickly descends towards the village of Semogo. After a very short stretch on the sidewalk alongside the state road, it enters the long Via Le Ponti, which returns to San Carlo, the start and finish point.
