The sensory path of Bagni di Masino

The path, about 1 km long and flat, has its start and end point at the parking lot in Bagni Masino (1,175 m). The stops - 9 in total, each with an informational board - focus on flora, fauna, and geology; elements that truly surround those who take this walk through meadows and woods, with centuries-old trees and an understory made up of numerous moss-covered stones (Regional forest of Bagni di Masino). About halfway along the route, there is a picnic area with wooden tables.

The path was designed by ERSAF in collaboration with the Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Lombardy, therefore it was made with some aids - in addition to the informational panels in Braille - such as the wooden railing to be used as a guide handrail and the walking surface that varies near junctions and points of interest, between cobblestones, gravel, or granite.
