From the hamlet of San Gottardo in Valfurva, climb the meadows and enter the forest following the various clearings, passing the huts of Gian Longo and Pra San Nicolo', and exiting the forest limit you reach the Cavallaro huts. You can also reach Pra San Nicolo' starting from Niblogo, a hamlet of Madonna dei Monti, entering Val Zebru' up to the Ponte delle Tre Croci and from here follow the path that leads to the Cavallaro huts. Once past the huts, climb broad slopes and then follow a clear ridge that leads near the Forcellino Pass. After passing the pass, follow the contour to take the crest that almost flattens and leads to the summit.
