Start is from the car park nearby Mottolino lifts in Livigno 1818 m. The ride begins with an ascent of 600 m on the uphill dirt road sign Way n. 132 and Way n. 126 that takes us to Passo d'Eira 2210 m and then to Ristoro Mottolino 2383 m, which can also be reached using the samename cableway. From here on we descend to Camanel di Planon 2359 m on the Way n. 125 and then take the single trail sign Way n. 121 leading to the Valle delle Mine and running above the Baitel de la Bles 2260 m and the Baitel dal Moton 2306 m. At Alpe delle Mine 2143 m a dirt road to the left sign Way n. 119 leads us to the Inn 2194 m. Then we do not take the easy dirt road for our descent, but we do cross the river and take the long and superb technical trail sign Way n. 116 heading down for Livigno along the orographic right.
