The itinerary entirely follows that of the historic bike event that started in 2004. It begins from the village of Fusine and runs along the entire Val Madre, first on an asphalt road and then on a natural dirt agro-forestry-pastoral track. Before the climb to the Dordona Pass, you reach the Dordona Refuge, always open in the summer period. Possibility to descend to the nearby Foppolo locality in Val Brembana. A long and demanding excursion, but since 2022 there has been a charging station right in front of the Dordona Refuge, allowing you to recharge your e-bike. The Refuge is also a stop on the Sentiero Italia (another itinerary on the site).
