Travel the Sassella Road between vineyards, meadows, ancient villages and terraces shaped by centuries of patience. The production area of Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOCG is located just west of Sondrio, between the Municipality of Castione Andevenno and the large hill that rises to the west of the capital. A rugged and sunny area that includes the cliff of the Marian Sanctuary of Sassella, dating back to the 1400s.
