Starting from parking area P7, Chese'ira da Campac, take the bridleway that runs alongside the Spol River towards Forcola. The first stretch is flat and has a large area for picnics called Aqua dal Ve'sc'cof. Continuing you come to a fork where you take a left near a small white house and climb slightly via the bridleway to Plan by Rin Alt. From here the trail is flat to Li Mota, from where you can see your destination, the Chese'ira dal Vach, but not before crossing the small bridge of Val Neira, next to the outlet channel.
