From Arnoga in Valdidentro at 1880 m, follow the path marked no. 290 and at the first fork, just after a rise, descend left towards the valley following trail no. 201, passing through the localities of Basic, Alpe Campo at 1910 m, and Paluetta at 1900 m. Upon reaching the valley floor, cross the Viola stream at 1850 m on a bridge and enter Val Verva after passing Verva Bassa at 1960 m. Continuing on dirt road, you then arrive at Alpe Verva at 2123 m, where it is possible to stop and taste the typical dishes of the local gastronomic tradition. Leave to the left the grassy channel that goes to Passo Corno delle Pecore. The route continues gradually ascending on the left orographic bank, although there are some short steeper sections, and the impression is that you never reach the pass. Once you reach Passo di Verva at 2301 m, a regular descent awaits on a winding road that first passes the huts of Le Crote at 2168 m, where it is possible to see the remains of trenches and caves, then passes above Rifugio Falck at 1930 m and finally arrives at Eita in Val Grosina at 1697 m. From here, it is possible to descend along the asphalt road or, if you still have the strength, continue following the magnificent LaGrosina route.
