The Dos Della Croce trail

The Dos della Croce Trail winds through a forest of fir and larch trees alternating with large clearings. After leaving the car at the Trivigno "Bassa" parking lot (at the height of a small bridge), you start on the trail and shortly reach the church of San Gaetano. After crossing the road, take the first turn on the left; from here the trail climbs and heads toward Monte Padrio. Keeping to the right, you descend toward the road which, during the summer months, allows you to reach Guspessa and Mortirolo. From here, in a short time, you return to the church of San Gaetano and then to the parking lot, completing the loop.

To face this route, normal snow hiking equipment is recommended (snowshoes, poles, or possibly crampons).
