Starting from Bormio, follow the way to Cepina and the climb to Monte begins at the cemetery in the locality of Scleva.
The road winds through lush woods, with varying gradients and some very steep sections.
Once you reach the alpine pasture of Monte, a wide view opens over the Bormio basin and the surrounding peaks, a true spectacle. It is a less traveled climb, with little traffic and very rewarding.
