Yoga with Sound bath

Federica Bottini and Mirko Giacomelli are pleased to invite you to the YOGA evening with BAGNO SONORO.

The Yoga class will be accompanied by live music and will prepare us to immerse ourselves in the Sound Bath.
Handpan, rav, gong, monochord, Tibetan bells, crystal harp, sansula, and many other ancestral instruments will give us deep relaxation and rebalancing of body, mind and spirit.

It is recommended to bring a mattress, a blanket, a pillow/s and anything else you may need to be comfortable.
At the end of the session we will gather for a tea with biscuits to say goodbye.
