Piazza IV Novembre 1 Isolaccia - 23038 Valdidentro (SO) IT, Polifunzionale RasinA day of immersion in local traditions with 'Al dì de la bronza,' an event celebrating the ancient practice of transhumance and the culture linked to the agricultural world.
A unique opportunity to rediscover the rhythms and values of the past, amid mountain stories, authentic flavors and moments of conviviality. There will be practical demonstrations involving young and old alike, to keep alive a deep connection with our territory and its roots.
Programme
10:00 | Start of transhumance with a parade through the streets of the village and return to Rasin
11:00 | Blessing of the animals and re-enactment of ancient crafts by the Valdidentro Folk group
12:00 | “Regina della Bronza” award ceremony and presentation of certificates to farmers
12:30 | Traditional lunch and live demonstration of the preparation of pizzoccheri by hand by the Accademia del pizzocchero di Teglio, according to the ancient original recipe
Throughout the day | performance by the country/folk group All Aboard

Menu: traditional starter, pizzoccheri (prepared by the Accademia del Pizzocchero), dessert, shepherd's coffee and drinks (water and wine) at the table.
