Put on the 3D headset and discover what Bormio and the Stelvio were like at the end of the 19th century. Every Monday afternoon, in the library, it will be possible to wear the multimedia headset and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of two centuries ago.
Viewing historical photos from the late 19th century as if we were immersed and surrounded by that same era… an experience like this is now possible thanks to the initiative that the Historical Studies Center has proposed starting this summer, with the purchase of a digital headset that allows for an immersive viewing mode. Once the headset is worn, users simply need to scroll through the images to find themselves almost projected into the streets of Bormio two centuries ago, or along the still unmotorized turns of the Stelvio, or even on the dirt roads of the surroundings, surrounded by slopes completely bare of trees.
