Rolling Truck Street Food Festival

Event details

Date iconJuly 3 - July 5, 2026 Event type iconCulture, Food & Wine, Families & Children, Outdoor Location iconVia Roma 131/b - 23032 Bormio (So) IT, Parking Funiva

Three days of street food featuring typical products from all over Italy and beyond... music, curated by the DJs from Rolling Truck, and entertainment for everyone, including the little ones.

From the most beloved traditional recipes, such as gourmet burgers, pan tometta, abruzzese arrosticini, and fried fish, to more creative offerings like sandwiches with salmon, avocado, and small octopuses, cod bombette, and flavorful pulled pork.

Don't miss an international touch, with flavors coming from beyond borders: pastrami, club sandwiches in perfect American style, cheesy Philly cheesesteaks, buffalo burgers, pork ribs, and Spanish black pork, BBQ, pita, and falafel, all for a flavor journey that crosses cultures and traditions.

For those who don’t want to give up on homestyle flavors, the great classics always take center stage: fried gnocco with cold cuts, Roman pinsa, stuffed schiacciata, Apulian panzerotti, and meatballs.

To top it off, there must be a sweet moment with a delicious selection of churros, donuts, pancakes, waffles, muffins, and brownies.

With plenty of options for every taste, the festival also offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices, for an inclusive and tasty experience. And to accompany the flavors? A selection of chilled craft beers and cocktails.
