The Department of Culture organizes, every Wednesday in July and August, "Leggi Bormio, una montagna di parole", a series of meetings with different authors.

Reading and discussion of the book "Respira, riposa, sorridi (Breathe, Rest, Smile)" by Tiziano Testori, published by Sperling & Kupfer.

Description

"Respira, riposa, sorridi" offers a new path to longevity made of ancient wisdom and contemporary science.

With the guidance of international luminaries, we will be encouraged to challenge our certainties and reveal the secret that recent research is confirming with increasingly solid studies: the quality of our breath and oral health are the first, powerful guardians of the vitality of our cells.
