A small ski resort, Brezovica, in the heart of Kosovo, becomes a meeting place in a region scarred by war and ethnic conflicts. Trento Film Festival: Mountains and Cultures
Founded in 1952, the Trento Film Festival is the first thematic film festival in the world and the second Italian festival after the Venice Film Festival. For over seventy years, it has been the reference event dedicated to the themes of mountain, adventure, and exploration, and environmental, cultural, and current issues have continuously made the scope of the event and its programming more stimulating and varied.
The mountain is the protagonist, and numerous themes linked to it, starting from mountaineering and its great international names, have opened up and evolved over the years, exploring new forms of language, dialogue, and sharing with the public.
Every year, the international competition presents the best documentaries, feature films, and short films set in mountains and extreme regions of the world.
