Gathering at the Shrine of the III Cantoniera dello Stelvio

Alpine Gathering at the Sanctuary of S. Ranieri at the III Cantoniera on the Stelvio Pass. Celebration of Holy Mass in memory of the fallen of all wars.
Guided excursion, with the Alpini, along the trails that were the setting of the First World War.

Program:

• 7.30 a.m. meeting at the cable car parking area at Stelvio Pass
• 7.30 a.m. excursion
  Excursion along the historic route "Al Filon del Mot" (Stelvio Pass - Platiglione - Cima Scorluzzo - Filon del Mot - III Cantoniera) - In case of bad weather, the route may be changed or the entire excursion may be cancelled.
• 9.00 a.m. Cima dello Scorluzzo
  Joint laying of the "Laurel Wreath" with the "Gruppo Alpini Malles Sezione Alto Adige" (Master Bugler Federico Serpi) - In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Military Shrine of Stelvio.
• 11.30 a.m. at the Church of S. Ranieri, Sanctuary of Stelvio
  Procession from the III Cantoniera to the Sanctuary of Stelvio with the "Fanfara Alpina Sezione Valtellinese".
  Honour to the fallen of the Great War and of all wars
  Holy Mass celebrated by the Archpriest Don Fabio Fornera with the participation of the choir "La Bajona"
  Display of the relic of "Blessed Don Carlo Gnocchi"
• 12.30 p.m.
  Alpine meal| The choir "La Bajona" and the "Fanfara Alpina Sezione Valtellinese" will enliven the event.
