Kids’ Summer 2026

As part of the Kids’ Summer programme in Valdidentro, Friday afternoon is dedicated to the workshops “Traditions in Play”, an experience combining creativity and cooking designed for children aged 6 to 12.

Organised in collaboration with the Gruppo Valdidentro Folk and the Museo Vallivo di Valfurva, these events allow younger children to learn while having fun, rediscovering gestures, flavours and activities linked to local tradition through hands-on, engaging experiences.

🧚 The workshop: preparing Notte Viola

The second event will be dedicated to preparing one of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer: Notte Viola.

During the workshop, children will create fairies and butterflies using simple recycled materials, giving free rein to imagination and creativity. The fairies can be taken home as a keepsake, while the butterflies will become part of a collective decoration.

Participants will then be invited to bring their creations back during Notte Viola, to help set up the atmospheric “Via di una volta”, thus becoming part of the event.
