Once again this year, Gioventù di Pedenosso lights up the heart of Ferragosto with the tastiest and most genuine event of the summer: “I Saór de Pedenòss”, an evening of authentic flavors, music, and cheer.

An unmissable opportunity to rediscover local tradition through a rich, carefully curated menu, served in a convivial atmosphere at the Polifunzionale di Rasin, set up to welcome the public in a spirit of togetherness and celebration.

🍽 The evening menu

Dinner served from 7:30 PM (Arrival is recommended no later than 8:00 PM for optimal service management)

• Starter: platter with salami, bresaola, lard, and Valtellina cheese
• First course: crepes with speck and cheese
• Main course: salted meat with potatoes and carrots
• Dessert: irresistible apple fritters

🎶 After dinner… let’s dance!

From 9:00 PM, the evening comes alive with ballroom dancing in the company of Alberto Canclini, an artist and symbol of the accordion musical tradition.

Then the rhythm changes with the electrifying sound of DJ Martins, to keep the party going until late into the night.
