Guided excursion: Pedenolo - between nature and history at the Cancano Lakes

A day hike through nature and history in the heart of the Cancano Lakes.

The lakes can be reached by car, and after crossing the first dam, you arrive at the parking area where the hike begins. A scenic route of panoramic hairpin bends leads to the Malga di Pedenolo, at 2400 metres above sea level, set amid wide green pastures with a gentle, relaxing landscape.

The area still preserves evidence of its ancient mining activity to this day. The contrast between the green pastures and the grey slopes on the opposite side of the Forcola Valley makes the itinerary even more captivating.
