Summer for Kids 2026

As part of Summer for Kids in Valdidentro, the green area of Planecc will host an afternoon dedicated to movement, creativity and contact with nature.

The workshop will be led by Federica Bottini, also known as Federica The Dancing Poet, a teacher and artist who combines movement, dance, body awareness and holistic practices in experiences designed to encourage expression, awareness and well-being.

🌿 An experience between body and nature

The workshop is designed as a creative movement activity for children and young people, in a green, intimate and peaceful space close to the woods.

Through body games, listening exercises, small movement explorations and moments of imagination, participants will be guided to discover the body as a tool for expression, connection and freedom.

This is not a traditional dance lesson, but an open, playful and accessible experience, where every child can move at their own pace, guided by music, the space and their imagination.

🧘‍♀️ Movement, listening and imagination

During the activity, children will be able to experience movement in a natural and spontaneous way, learning to listen to their bodies, sense the space around them and interact with others creatively.

The workshop will be designed to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, with groups divided by age range, so as to offer activities suited to the different abilities and attention spans of the participants.

An opportunity to play with the body, develop coordination, presence, expressiveness and confidence, enjoying a different kind of afternoon, far from the rush and close to nature.

Leading the activity will be Federica Bottini, an artist and teacher who has spent years developing a path connected to movement, dance, yoga and holistic disciplines.

With her project The Dancing Poet, Federica offers experiences that weave together body, poetry, nature and awareness, accompanying children and adults on journeys of authentic expression and deep listening.

👧 Two sessions by age group

To make the experience more suitable for participants, the workshop will be organised in two sessions, divided by age:

• 15:00 | First session: children aged 5 to 8
• 16:30 | Second session: children and young people aged 9 to 12

Each session will last approximately 90 minutes.

📍 Where it takes place

The activity will take place in the green area of Planecc, in Premadio, in an outdoor space suited to enjoying the workshop in a natural and intimate setting, close to the woods.

In case of bad weather, the workshop will be held at the Sala Ski Stadium.

• € 7,00 per child
• € 5,00 for residents in Valdidentro
