All about Folk!

The Valdidentro Folk group, in collaboration with the Museo Vallivo Valfurva, Gioventù di Valfurva and Gioventù di Isolaccia, presents a special evening with a tasting of traditional rye-based dishes, accompanied by plenty of good music.

Program

• 6:00 pm: demonstration of rye processing by Museo Vallivo Valfurva and Gioventù di Valfurva

          "TheAperitif de un'olta" by Gioventù di Isolaccia, accompanied by Luca’s accordion

           (€ 5.00/person, to be purchased on site)

• 7:30 pm: fully rye-based dinner

          Menu: gnoc sbatui de seghel, taroz and lugheniga boida, torta de seghel, cafè del pignatin (€ 15.00/person)

• from 7:30 pm to 1:00 am: music and dance evening with Konsuelo
• 8:45 pm: performance by the Music Fantasy Group

During the evening: old-fashioned games for everyone and a fun themed photo booth

Bar service available with drinks, bitters prepared by the Folk Group and cakes
