Starting from Bormio with electric bikes, we’ll ride along a bike path to San Nicolò, then continue to Niblogo, where a mule track begins with some very steep climbs leading up to the Cavallaro huts. After a short break to enjoy the view, we’ll continue with about 45 more minutes of technical uphill riding along an old war path, passing by some abandoned trenches. This will take us to around 2,600 meters of elevation, just below Monte Forcellino (2,842 m). You’ll be absolutely amazed by the breathtaking panorama. After a few photos and once we've put on our knee pads, it’s
finally time for the descent. The first section is almost entirely freeride through grass, small streams, and some rough patches. Then we’ll tackle a more technical trail with numerous switchbacks that will lead us directly to Rifugio Campo in Val Zebrù. From there, we’ll return to Bormio on fun, fast, flowy trails.
