Guided by those who care for the animals and the land every day, children will follow step by step the journey of cheese production — from grass in the fields to fresh milk and the final product. It’s a unique opportunity to touch, observe, and understand — but above all, to learn the importance of respecting animals and the environment.
FARM ANIMALS YOU’LL MEET
- Red Pied cows, the stars of milk and cheese production
- Pigs fed with whey and flour, following traditional and sustainable methods
- Hens of various breeds, laying eggs in surprising colors
- And other typical farmyard animals
AGE GROUP: Activity suitable for children and families
COST (including snack): €10 per child or adult Snack includes bread with jam or salami, and apple juice
HOW TO GET THERE: Follow the signs to Le Motte/Oga Valdisotto. After passing the yellow church (Santuario della Madonna di Caravaggio), you’ll find the farm on the left (on the downhill side of the road).
