Alpini Torchlight Procession 2026

The Alpini Group of Premadio is organizing the traditional torchlight procession to commemorate Nikolajewka.

A heartfelt event that every year brings the community together to remember, with respect and simplicity, one of the most significant chapters in the history of the Alpini.

Programme:

• 5:00 pm
  Meeting point in the square of the Church of Premadio
• 5:30 pm
  Distribution of torches and start of the procession. The Alpini will accompany participants along the "Crap de Castelet" trail - Monte Scale slope
• 6:15 pm
  Arrival at the square of the Church of Premadio and social gathering with hot mulled wine to warm up together
• 6:30 pm
  Holy Mass in memory of the Fallen of Nikolajewka

Details:

• Participants are required to bring a headlamp, which is necessary for the first part of the trail.
