Starting from the arrival of the cableway at Pian della Mota, you go up the Val Bocciana (N284.1) crossing the wood and the skilift Palancana, following the route of Alta Valtellina Bike Marathon; after reaching the "Felice Bridge", you continue to the alpine pastures of Alpe Pone, through some nice pine woods (trail N209). You now take the trail N285, in direction of Prei, and then along the trail N208, where the route offers you an amazing view on the Cima Piazzi. Leaving the typcal houses behind, you keep descending until crossing the road of Val Lia (trail N286). With a last uphill stretch, you reach the Alpe Boron (2.048 mt)
