Viola alpine hut

Rifugio Viola in the valley from which it takes its name, the Val Viola.
Since 1972, the Fraquelli family has been running the hut with simple friendliness and passion, welcoming and accommodating all hikers.

The Rifugio is the perfect place to spend a day in the company of family and friends in close contact with nature - including numerous alpine lakes and streams - and the animals that graze in the valley in summer; with a bit of luck you may even spot, and above all hear, marmots.

A this makes the Val Viola, one of the most fascinating destinations that the Alta Valtellina has to offer, truly magical.

The refuge for e-bikes offers the possibility of recharging the battery.
