The vertical fun | 3012 - 1225 m
The ski area turns into a theme park on the snow!
The Bormio ski area offers over 50 km of slopes served by 15 modern lifts (1 cable car, 1 gondola lift, 4 4-seater chairlifts, 1 3-seater chairlift, 4 ski lifts and 4 floor mats). The Bormio ski area is able to satisfy both the most demanding skiers with challenging tracks such as the Stelvio slope and less experienced skiers with medium difficulty slopes and school pitches for beginners.
The elevation gain of the ski area is thrilling. Bormio is #verticalfun: a dive of 1,800 meters, from Cima Bianca (3,012 m) to Bormio (1,225 m), which has no equal in all the Alps. The snow is right at home: the sophisticated artificial snow system is ready to guarantee snow coverage on 80% of the tracks!
At Bormio Ski the offer is very huge: there are two freeride areas - Vallone and Posto degli Sciatori - of great satisfaction and a freestyle area - Snowpark Bormio - where you can fly and have fun in safety. For families, fun is guaranteed thanks to the Funslope Valbella and FunslopeBormio, the Familypark and the Gormiti Park.
For an unforgettable experience, we suggest the paragliding: a professional pilot will let you experience the pleasure of soaring in the air taking off with skis or snowboard from 2,600 meters above sea level.
Finally, to experience a unique emotion, there is the night skiing: 4 km of perfectly illuminated slopes in a decidedly enchanting atmosphere.
