After the great success of previous editions, the 11th Sagra del Cornàt will return on Saturday, July 5th at the Polifunctional Center in Sondalo, organized by the youth association “Gli Sgangherati di Frontale.”
This lively festival celebrates the culinary traditions of Valtellina, offering a friendly atmosphere for all ages.
What’s new this year:

The colorful craft and hobby market is back in the green area next to the venue.

A large themed play area with traditional wooden games will entertain kids and bring back memories for adults.

A delicious new treat: Fugascia — a soft sweet focaccia with raisins.
Program Highlights:

5:00 PM: Festival opens with craft stalls and wooden games.

6:00 PM: Aperi-Cornàt with DJ set and takeaway Cornàt.

7:00 PM: Kitchen opens serving both sweet and savory Cornàt.

9:00 PM: Live music by Make or Break It.
Visitors can enjoy four traditional Cornàt variations — savory Cornàt in padéla and Fiadarda with local salad, cured meats, and cheeses; sweet Cornàt with apples; and the new Fugascia with raisins, served with wild chestnut cream and berry compote from Butega Valtellina.
Local craft beers from Birrificio Revertis will also be available.
The event is held in collaboration with APT Sondalo, AVIS Sondalo, Gruppo Alpini Sondalo, Gruppo Le Cognate, Operazione Mato Grosso, Butèga Valtellina, and Birrificio Revertis.
