The starting point will be the bus stop at Ferriera Cornegliani, easily accessible even for those who prefer to arrive by car: convenient parking spaces are available near the trail.
For those departing from Bormio, the meeting point will be at the Perego bus station, with the time to be confirmed.
From the starting point, we will begin to climb along the scenic Sentiero dei Fortini, which will take us to the Boscopiano area. Along the way, we will be accompanied by breathtaking views of the Braulio Valley, with its daring curves and historic fortifications that tell stories of borders and people.
This experience is not just a hike: it is an authentic immersion in the beauty of our mountains, where each step is an opportunity to connect with the land, amidst nature, silence, and memory.
The trail will end at the picturesque Bagni Vecchi area, from where it will be possible to:
- Return to Bormio on foot for those who wish to continue independently,
- Or use the available urban buses.
Those who reached the starting point by car can return on foot through the Parco dei Bagni, completing the loop immersed in greenery.
