Concert "Alpine Echoes" organized by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Trumpet Ensemble (Giovanni Vello - Giulio Battiston - Stefano Boz - Isabel Crepaz - Emanuele De Marchi - Tiziano Fingolo - Marco Nonis - Raffaele Tajariol - Matteo Zanoin)
The protagonist of the concert, set in the picturesque natural context of the Alpine Botanical Garden Rezia, with a view of the woods and the valley of the Magnificent Land, is the Friuli Venezia Giulia Trumpet Ensemble, a group led by artistic director Giovanni Vello and composed of musicians who have collaborated in concert activities with numerous internationally renowned masters, achieving excellent results in various national and international competitions. Titled Alpine Echoes, the concert becomes a tribute to the beauty of the mountains and their environment, in a listening journey through different artistic geographies and various compositional contexts. The concert program features renowned pieces alongside less frequently performed scores, starting with the Rondo by Henry Purcell and continuing with works by Nino Rota (La Strada), Luis Bacalov (Il postino), Nicola Piovani (Life is Beautiful), Ennio Morricone (Nuovo Cinema Paradiso), and Claude François with My Way, an unforgettable piece popularized by Frank Sinatra.
