A tasty purée of potatoes and beans, flavoured with the traditional butter and local cheese: discover the recipe of Taròz!
- 400 g of potatoes
- 200 g of green beans
- 200 g of Valtellina Casera PDO cheese
- 150 g of butter
- 50 g of onion
- salt, pepper and nutmeg
Peel the potatoes and boil together with the green beans. Cook until soft and then drain. Mash together with a wooden spoon to give a coarse purée. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Soften the onion in the butter and add, together with the cheese.
