The Tour Transalp 2022 breaks new ground in many ways. Participants will have to cope with a total of seven stages and a total of 609.45 km and 15,864 m of altitude difference. The event will start in Resia (Trentino Alto Adige), passing through various Italian locations: Bormio, Livigno, Aprica, Castione della Presolana and the Valle del Chiese to finish after one week at the traditional arrival point in Arco di Trento, in the Province of Trento.
Stage 1: Reschensee - Zernez
Total km 77,87 with an altitude difference of 1484 metres
Stage 2: Zernez - Bormio
Total km 101,81 with an altitude difference of 2758 metres
Stage 3: Bormio - Livigno
Total Km 48, 65 with a difference in altitude of 1771 metres. The stage starts from the historical centre of Bormio in the direction of Oga - Le Motte, then runs through Valdidentro and climb the Foscagno Pass arriving in Livigno.
