The Valdidentro Library, in collaboration with the Culture Volunteers, is organizing a read-aloud event for children aged 3 to 5, on the occasion of the national "Born to Read" Week.
Established in 2014, the national Born to Read Week aims to promote every child’s right to stories. The event takes place around November 20th, the date on which the International Day of the Rights of the Child and Adolescent is celebrated.
Stories, through words and images, are a precious source of stimulation that, when offered from the earliest years of life and with continuity, significantly contribute to children’s growth and development.
With this initiative, the Valdidentro Library renews its commitment to spreading and ensuring the right to stories, promoting reading as a tool for connection, learning, and participation.
