Alpi 4000 is a cycle randonnée that takes place every 4 years and passes through 3 countries: Italy, France and Switzerland.
It's a respectable cycling challenge, with 9 Alpine passes to cross, including the 2 highest in the Alps: the Col d'Iseran (2,770 m) and the Stelvio Pass (2,758 m), both of which have been the scene of legendary performances by the Giro d'Italia and the Tour de France.
For this 2022 edition, the start and the staggered arrivals will be in Bormio.
